You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our services or website, except to the extent caused by our negligence or breach of these Terms.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages,
or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.
Either party may terminate the contract for services upon written notice if the other party breaches these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period.
Upon termination, you must pay any outstanding amounts owed to us for the services provided.
